To better understand where enterprises are on their digital journey and what they need from their IT infrastructure, 451 Research polled more than 750 enterprises – specifically, decisionmakers who have responsibility for selecting their company’s IT services – across a range of demographics and countries. Respondents were from companies of more than 500 employees (evenly divided among those with more than 500, more than 1,000 and more than 5,000) with headquarters in the US, UK, Germany, Hong Kong and Australia, and from a range of verticals. Surveys were conducted online. Our goal was to gain a better understanding of enterprise infrastructure deployments: location, goals, requirements and what type of infrastructure contributes to success for these companies.
