Aberdeen research conducted for Sales Performance Management 2012: How the Best-in-Class Optimize the Front Line to Grow the Bottom Line (December 2011), shows that 60% of companies’ sales team members are primarily remote workers. Indeed, in Aberdeen research for Mobile HCM: Workforce and Talent Management on the Move (June 2010), 57% of respondents who track the impact of their mobile recruiting efforts report improved quality and/or size of their talent pool as a result of their work. Does attracting and retaining a quality sales force thus require corporate technologies and processes that are influenced by consumer trends and cultural sea changes? HCI consists of a nodal-based architecture whereby all the required virtualized compute, storage, and networking assets are self-contained inside individual nodes. These nodes are, in effect, discrete virtualized computing resources “in a box.” However, they are typically grouped together to provide resiliency, high performance, and flexible resource pooling. And since HCI appliances can scale out to large configurations over time, these systems can provide businesses with investment protection and a simpler, more agile, and cost-effective way to deploy virtualized computing infrastructure. In a survey of over 900 US and UK companies, Trustpilot compiled results from finance companies among the respondents to learn which initiatives they consider most important, what their 2018 priorities are, and whether or not trust plays a role in their business strategy. Trustpilot also conducted a global consumer poll throughout the month of January 2018 on Trustpilot.com to learn more about customers’ expectations when it comes to the finance industry, receiving over 15,000 responses. Those survey results provided a more detailed understanding of whether finance companies’ priorities are aligned with consumer expectations, while also getting a clearer picture of how trust and reputation should be approached. At the end of this report, in addition to the findings, recommendations are provided to finance companies based on the survey findings and analysis.
