The way that we develop and deliver software has changed dramatically in the past 5 years—but the metrics we use to measure quality remain largely the same. Containers have become the new infrastructure standard for development teams. While the “DIY container approach” (un-orchestrated containers) still has its use cases (e.g. low latency, longer compute jobs, predictable traffic), production-grade deployments require orchestration. Développement et production sont sur de mauvaises voies. Le développement se concentre sur des innovations plus rapides et sur la mise en oeuvre de nouveautés.
